Be advised that, given the international nature of the practice of International Prescription Service (IPS) pharmacy, there may be limitations in the ability of the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba, which is the statutory licensing authority for pharmacies and pharmacists in the Province of Manitoba, to investigate and prosecute complaints from persons who receive services or products from an IPS pharmacy. Manitoba pharmacists are not permitted to fill US physicians' prescriptions. They can only fill prescriptions issued by a physician licensed in a province or territory of Canada. Q.: Do I need a Prescription?
A.: Yes. We require a prescription for all medications. Just like your local pharmacy a valid prescription is required from a physician licensed to practice in your area of residence. Any prescription older than 6 months will likely be refused.
Q.: Can prescriptions from any doctor be filled?
A.: Yes – In addition the prescriber Doctor must be licensed in your area of residence. Your prescription is then reviewed and converted by a licensed Canadian doctor to a valid Canadian prescription.
Q.: How long will it take for the doctor to review my prescription?
A.: It may take up to 1-3 days to process and/or review your prescription and up to 2-4 weeks for shipping of your medication provided that there are no special problems.
Q.: How much can I purchase at one time?
A.: You may purchase for personal use only a maximum of a 90 day supply of each of your medications provided that you have a valid prescription for that supply of medication. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 90 day supply then we can have those refills filled as they come due.

A.: As a result of applicable laws prescription medication cannot be returned.
